A. Scope of Practice (Coaching & Energy Healing Services)

• •Non-Medical / Non-Clinical Services: Digital health coaching and energy healing sessions offered by Natasha Rae are complementary wellness services. Natasha Rae is not acting as a licensed physician, registered nurse, psychologist, psychotherapist, or registered dietitian in Canada.
• •No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Participation in coaching sessions or energy healing does not create a physician-patient or clinical relationship.
• •Emergency & Crisis Disclaimer: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe health condition, or mental health crisis, please call your local emergency services (911), go to the nearest emergency room, or contact a licensed healthcare professional immediately. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice based on information on this site or discussed during coaching or sessions.

B. Topical Goods & Physical Products (Cosmetics, Oils & Tinctures)

• •General Cosmetic & Holistic Use: Physical products such as essential oils, botanical formulations, and skincare are sold strictly as general cosmetics, aromatics, or holistic body care items under Health Canada's Cosmetic Regulations. They are not licensed Natural Health Products (NHPs) and do not carry a Natural Product Number (NPN).
• •Patch Testing & Allergies: Individual sensitivities and skin reactions may occur. Customers are strongly advised to perform a small patch test on skin prior to full application and to carefully review ingredient lists for known allergens. Stop use immediately if irritation or discomfort occurs.

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

A. Collection and Use of Personal Information

We collect personal information such as name, shipping address, email address, payment details, session booking notes, and intake preferences only with your knowledge and consent, for the following purposes:

• •Processing and fulfilling product orders and digital downloads.
• •Scheduling, administering, and delivering coaching and energy healing sessions.
• •Communicating order updates, customer support, and administrative notices.
• •Managing compliance and business accounting records.

B. Anti-Spam (CASL) & Opt-In Communications

In compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL):

• •We will only send commercial electronic messages, such as promotional emails, newsletters, or special offers, if we have obtained your express opt-in consent or where permitted by implied consent under CASL, for example an active transaction within the last 24 months.
• •You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time using the Unsubscribe link provided in our emails, or by contacting our Privacy Officer at preciouspurityhealing@hotmail.com.

C. Data Storage and Third-Party Processors

Your personal data and payments are processed securely through reputable third-party service providers, such as online booking and payment gateways. Your data may be processed or stored outside of Alberta or outside of Canada, for example on cloud servers located in the United States. In such cases, your information remains subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

A. Currency & Taxes

All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable federal (GST) and provincial sales taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout based on the customer's address.

B. Digital Products & Instant Downloads

Due to the immediate digital delivery nature of downloadable PDFs, guides, and digital resources, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link or access has been made available.

C. Coaching Programs & Scheduled Services

• •Scheduling & Rescheduling: Appointments for digital health coaching or energy healing must be rescheduled at least 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
• •Cancellations & Missed Sessions: Late cancellations or missed appointments, known as no-shows, without the required notice may be subject to forfeiture of the session fee or a re-booking charge.
• •Program Refunds: Paid multi-week coaching programs are non-refundable once the program start date has passed, except at the sole discretion of Natasha Rae or as required by applicable provincial consumer protection laws.

D. Physical Product Shipping & Returns

• •Shipping within Canada: Physical items are shipped via standard carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon transfer to the delivery carrier.
• •Returns: Unopened, sealed physical products may be returned within 14 to 30 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping fees. Opened skincare, oils, or personal care products are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.

• •Ownership: All original content on this platform, including downloadable PDFs, coaching frameworks, course materials, product formulations, brand names, and website content, is the exclusive property of Natasha Rae and protected under Canadian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
• •Limited Personal License: Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the material for individual use only. You may not resell, share, reproduce, or redistribute any digital files, coaching materials, or content without express written permission.

• •Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Alberta provincial laws, Natasha Rae shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, reliance on coaching or healing services, or use of physical or digital products.
• •Governing Law: These terms and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Alberta.
